These services can be performed on a callout basis, or if not an emergency can be scheduled to coincide with a scheduled PM. This saves the cost of holding different vendors for small repairs or additions.   These services include: CCTV Installation Above ground plumbing Electrical Lighting (excluding parking lot lights) Hot water tanks Bathroom Equipment (stalls, hand dryers, urinals, toilets) Floor tile repair Ceramic tile repair Ceiling tile replacement Note:  These items are on a time and material basis.   Installation Pierson Refrigeration employs a two full time installation crews, capable of any remodel or new equipment installation. They are equipped with fourteen foot long box vans complete with material and tooling to fabricate duct and transitions in the field.   We offer equipment from the following manufacturers. Our Installation department can inspect any facility that you might have and design an HVAC system to suit your needs.  Our designer uses the latest in computer software design for retail spaces.  They work in conjunction with the stores design team to get the heating and cooling in the areas that is needed, and will  be the most economical to operate. You will find our replacement equipment costs are very competitive and reasonable.     On new installations, the design and consulting fees are not charged, if we are awarded with the job.  Since all new installation is different, each one will be quoted individually.  This allows for better pricing structure than the flat rate system can achieve.  You will receive the best price possible on equipment Quality Control Pierson Refrigeration employs a full time quality control inspector with over 25 years of field experience in the HVAC industry.  Each Monday the inspector pulls random invoices from different locations to inspect the work and insure it was done in accordance with the practices set forth by the company.  They also meet with store management to enhance the communication process with the stores.  We have found this system allows us to react promptly to resolve problems as they arise.  He also meets with the service technicians to help keep them updated with the new techniques and diagnostic training.  They act as a mentor to the technicians and a sounding board in the rare occasions of a diagnostic question. They are the final say for the installation department, and no install is complete, or invoiced until he/she inspects the work and signs off in approval.
